Your mission As part of a major technological transformation program, we are looking for a Performance and Resilience Testing Manager to design and structure the systems for evaluating the performance, capacity, and robustness of applications. You will work on critical systems, with the objective of anticipating technical risks and strengthening their reliability. Your responsibilities Define the strategy and standards for performance and resilience testing. Design test scenarios for load, stress, and capacity limits. Structure methods for validating application behavior in degraded situations. Define performance indicators, thresholds, and acceptance criteria. Analyze results and identify bottlenecks. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve performance. Support teams in adopting performance testing practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of system stability and resilience. Your profile Proven experience in performance, load, and resilience testing. Expertise in designing technical testing strategies. Good understanding of application architectures and distributed systems. Ability to analyze performance indicators and identify risks. Experience in defining technical repositories and standards. Ability to work with development, infrastructure, and operations teams. Experience in financial services or with critical applications will be particularly appreciated. Why join Synechron?
