1. Job Title: Senior SAP Functional Consultant (MM/SD/LE) – e-taxation & e-invoicing for MEU and MEA Countries

Role Overview: Senior SAP Functional Consultant будет отвечать за архитектурный дизайн и сквозную реализацию глобальных юридических требований по электронному выставлению счетов и электронному налогообложению в странах Центральной Европы (MEU) и Ближнего Востока и Африки (MEA). Эта роль имеет решающее значение для обеспечения соответствия глобальных цепочек поставок и процессов продаж местным налоговым, торговым и отчетным законам при сохранении межфункциональной интеграции. Эта роль фокусируется на обеспечении соответствия процессов логистики и продаж (MM, SD, LE) быстро развивающимся цифровым налоговым законам.

Responsibilities: Legal & Regulatory Compliance (MEU/MEA): • Implement country-specific mandates, such as e-invoicing (Zakat/ZATCA in Saudi Arabia), VAT reporting, and Intrastat filings for EU member states. • Configure SD (Sales & Distribution) to meet local billing requirements, including tax determination and legal output forms. • Oversee MM (Materials Management) compliance regarding vendor master data management and localized procurement processes. • Ensure LE (Logistics Execution) aligns with local import/export regulations and customs documentation.

Solution Design & Configuration: • For this initiative, the required solutions will be deployed in SAP ECC integrated with EDICOM and Government portals. Then, as soon as the various countries in scope will be converted in S/4HANA, the same solutions will be implemented also in S/4HANA with DRC and Government portals. • Lead design workshops to translate regional legal requirements into functional specifications. • Configure and customize standard SAP processes (e.g., P2P, OTC, STO) to support localized business models. • Conduct gap analysis between global templates and local legal needs, designing custom RICEFW objects where necessary. Integration & Quality Assurance: • Manage complex integrations with third-party logistics (3PL) and external government portals via EDI/IDoc . • Lead end-to-end testing phases (Unit, Integration, and UAT) to ensure compliance with legal and system standards via INT4 and Tricentis Tosca platforms. • Support data migration of master data and open transactions, ensuring integrity and adherence to audit trails. Experience: 7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations. Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MM (Purchasing, IM, LIV), SD (Pricing, Billing, Shipping), and LE (Transportation, Inbound/Outbound Deliveries). Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with MEA legal mandates (e.g., KSA/UAE VAT, Egyptian e-invoice) and MEU requirements (e.g., EU-GDPR, VAT-EU). S/4HANA: Experience with S/4HANA transitions and specialized compliance tools like Document Compliance (formerly eDocument Cockpit) is highly preferred. Communication: Professional fluency in English; ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders and act as a bridge between Tax/Legal departments and IT technical teams.

Education & Certifications: • Bachelor&;s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. • SAP Certification in MM, SD, or S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement/Sales is a strong plus. • Specialized certifications in SAP Tax Compliance or DRC are highly preferred.
