🧷 Position: **Project Manager **for Internal Projects with Gateway / Payments Knowledge

We’re looking for a Project Manager for Internal Projects with strong gateway / payments knowledge to help turn internal initiatives, leadership decisions, and cross-functional priorities into measurable outcomes.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and structure action points from meetings, discussions, and ongoing internal initiatives.
- Convert high-level ideas, leadership decisions, and operational needs into clear tasks with owners and deadlines.
- Manage and maintain a centralized execution tracker across product, integrations, operations, partnerships, and gateway-related initiatives.
- Coordinate internal projects connected to payment gateways, integrations, payment flows, merchant operations, and internal process improvements.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify delays, blockers, risks, and dependencies early, and escalate when needed.
- Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines, deliverables, and ownership areas.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into project status, blockers, risks, and next steps.
- Support better alignment between business, product, technical, operations, integrations, and partnerships teams.
- Help structure complex payments-related topics into clear project plans, milestones, and follow-up actions.
🗒 Requirements:
Project / Delivery Management
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, delivery management, or execution-focused roles.
- Proven experience managing internal or cross-functional projects.
- Ability to structure information and translate discussions into clear actions, owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to drive progress across teams and seniority levels.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Payments / Gateway Knowledge
- Experience in fintech, payments, PSP, gateway, acquiring, or payment technology environments.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways and payment processing flows.
- Practical knowledge of integrations, payment methods, merchants, PSPs, acquirers, routing, reconciliation, settlements, chargebacks, or related payment operations.
- Commercial and operational understanding of payments, not just generic project management.
Stakeholder Management
- Comfortable working closely with leadership, product, technical, operations, integrations, and partnerships teams.
- Ability to identify risks, blockers, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Direct, clear, and concise communication style.
- Comfortable challenging unclear ownership, delays, or lack of progress when needed.
Mindset
- Strong ownership over tasks, projects, and outcomes.
- Bias for action and execution.
- Structured, persistent, and detail-driven.
- Comfortable creating pressure when needed to drive results.
- Able to operate in ambiguity and bring clarity to complex internal topics.
