Highly Likely is looking for a freelance Designer / Art Director for upcoming projects.

What we're looking for: Someone who is genuinely excited by spatial design, streetwear, sports, fashion, and culture, and who can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and hands-on design.

Someone who can jump into an RFP and start ideating from a blank page, take an early spark of an idea and run with it, and translate that thinking into a polished, compelling presentation deck. Strong visual storytelling and mockup skills are a big plus.

Above all, we’re looking for someone with a sharp eye, strong taste, and real curiosity about how brands can come to life in physical spaces and experiences.

Timing + duration: Looking for support beginning ASAP/early October, initially for 4–6 weeks, with potential for ongoing work.

Capacity: 15–25 hours/week with potential to increase based on project capacity

Location: Remote; NYC/LA is a plus. PST/EST hours.

Experience level: mid-to-senior level / 5+ years

Capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/Google Slides, Photoshop compositing/mockups, spatial/experiential design, visual research, moodboarding, concept development, etc. SketchUp/3D is a bonus!

Relevant experience: Experiential, activations, retail, pop-ups, events, hospitality or spatial brand work.

Portfolio: Conceptual/experiential work and decks, not just finished graphic design.

Rate: Please include your freelance day/hourly rate
