Появилась новая позиция Product Owner

Мы ищем Product Owner – KYB & Onboarding для развития end-to-end business onboarding и KYB-процессов в финансовом продукте.

Это роль на стыке product ownership, merchant onboarding, compliance workflows, risk assessment, customer journey design и integrations with external verification providers. Специалист будет отвечать за onboarding journey, business verification, document collection, beneficial ownership checks, AML / sanctions / watchlist screening, risk review automation и интеграции с KYB-провайдерами.

Основная цель роли — создать быстрый, compliant и масштабируемый onboarding experience для business customers, снизить friction на входе и увеличить долю автоматизированных проверок.

Основные задачи: ▪️ Владеть KYB и onboarding roadmap и product backlog. ▪️ Формировать requirements, workflows, user stories и acceptance criteria для engineering-команды. ▪️ Приоритизировать инициативы с учетом customer experience, compliance и risk outcomes. ▪️ Проектировать и улучшать onboarding journeys для business customers. ▪️ Оптимизировать document collection, verification и approval processes. ▪️ Снижать onboarding friction и улучшать conversion rates. ▪️ Определять onboarding SLAs и automation opportunities. ▪️ Владеть business verification workflows. ▪️ Работать с beneficial ownership verification requirements. ▪️ Поддерживать sanctions screening, AML checks, watchlist screening и risk assessments. ▪️ Следить за тем, чтобы onboarding processes соответствовали regulatory requirements. ▪️ Автоматизировать compliance и risk reviews. ▪️ Владеть интеграциями с KYB providers, government registries, sanctions databases и identity verification platforms. ▪️ Повышать automation rates и снижать количество manual reviews. ▪️ Определять monitoring и alerting requirements для onboarding operations. ▪️ Участвовать в backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing и release activities. ▪️ Формировать KPIs и operational dashboards. ▪️ Собирать feedback от Operations, Compliance и customers для улучшения onboarding performance.

Что важно: ▪️ Опыт от 3 лет в Product Ownership, Product Management или Business Analysis. ▪️ Опыт с onboarding, KYC, KYB, AML или compliance products. ▪️ Понимание customer journey design и workflow automation. ▪️ Опыт работы с API, third-party integrations и engineering-командами. ▪️ Умение переводить compliance, risk и operational logic в понятные product requirements. ▪️ Сильные analytical и stakeholder management skills. ▪️ Опыт взаимодействия с Compliance, Risk, Operations и Engineering командами. ▪️ Понимание verification processes, document flows, approval logic и risk assessment journeys. ▪️ Опыт в fintech, banking, payments или lending будет большим плюсом. ▪️ Внимание к деталям, так как роль напрямую связана с regulatory compliance, onboarding quality и снижением manual operational work.

Ключевые метрики роли: ▪️ Onboarding conversion rate. ▪️ Time to onboard / time to approval. ▪️ Automation rate. ▪️ Manual review rate. ▪️ KYB approval SLA. ▪️ Drop-off rate на onboarding steps. ▪️ Compliance review turnaround time. ▪️ Reduction of false positives / unnecessary manual checks. ▪️ Operational workload reduction. ▪️ On-time delivery of roadmap initiatives.
