Project Manager
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager with experience in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software projects, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for driving project success from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SaaS projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of project management experience in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
