Payment and Refund Policy

This document describes subscription payments and refund rules for RocketHunt.
The subscription provides access to a digital service.
1. Payments
The subscription price and duration are displayed on the payment page.
Access is activated automatically after successful payment.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are available only where required by Russian law.
- If the service was not provided due to the Operator’s fault, you may request a refund.
- If a duplicate charge occurs, you may request a refund of the overpaid amount.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation does not imply an automatic refund unless required by law.
4. How to request
Send a request to claims@rockethunt.ai with your account email, payment date, and reason.
5. Review timeframe
Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
