Terms of Service and Public Offer

1. Subject

The Operator provides access to job search tools and AI features; the user follows these terms.

2. Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data.
• You must keep credentials confidential and not share access.
• The Operator may restrict access if terms are violated.

3. Service description

• Aggregated job listings from external sources.
• AI resume analysis, recommendations, and text generation.
• Personal settings and filters.
• The Operator is not an employer and does not publish vacancies on its own behalf.

4. Prohibited actions

• Copying or republishing vacancies and site materials without linking to the original source.
• Using site materials to build competing services or job databases.
• Mass data collection (scraping, parsing) or automated access to the service.
• Creating excessive load or bypassing technical restrictions.
• Posting or distributing false information, spam, or malicious links.

5. Subscription and payment

Some features require a paid subscription.

Price, duration, and terms are shown on the payment page.

Payments are processed by a payment provider; the Operator does not store card details.

6. Guarantees and limitations

• The Operator does not guarantee job offers, salary levels, or employer responses.
• AI outputs are advisory and should be reviewed by the user.
• Service is provided “as is” and may experience interruptions.
• External vacancies may be incomplete or outdated.

7. User content

• You confirm the right to provide resume materials.
• You grant the Operator a license to use materials to deliver the service.

8. License to use the service

The Operator grants you a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service within its functionality.

The license is valid in the Russian Federation for the term of your account or paid period.

9. Intellectual property

All rights to the service, software, and databases belong to the Operator or licensors.

10. Liability

The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the last subscription period unless required by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

The Operator may suspend access if terms are violated.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
