🚀 Vacancy: Staff Fullstack / Backend Engineer

We are helping a B2B Enterprise SaaS company find a Staff Fullstack / Backend Engineer. It was founded by people who have already scaled their product from scratch to a $1B+ valuation. This isn't their first venture or a shot in the dark: the project is backed by proven experience in building large companies.

🧠 About the product An AI layer for operational synchronization for fast-growing companies: it captures what usually gets lost between meetings and messengers and provides management with ready answers.

🛠️ What you will do

• Design and build the most complex parts of the product, where the AI breaks;
• Build a framework where the AI writes code, and the engineer is responsible for architecture and results;
• Make technical decisions independently and defend them before the founders;
• Lead a small development team if the need arises.

👤 The team is looking for a full-stack developer who grew from backend, or a backend developer who isn't afraid to fix something on the frontend. Also important:

• Experience in tech startups where complexity lies in the technology itself, not CRUD;
• Experience with Node.js / Nest.js, PostgreSQL, and Next.js;
• Experience managing a small team while actively coding;
• High level of ownership: the ability to independently go from a vague business problem to a shipped product and measured result;
• AI-nerd mindset: the AI writes all the code, but you understand what needs to be done and think through the overall system architecture;
• Conversational English from B2.
