We are looking for a QAA Engineer with Python for the MLOps Platform development project. This is a platform for organizing and automating the development, training, testing, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models, as well as managing their lifecycle.
📌 Responsibilities:
- develop and maintain QA testing pipelines for MWS Data Lakehouse;
- cover the product with unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security tests;
- design, write, and automate test cases;
- perform manual testing of new features and complex data scenarios;
- conduct load and stress testing with a load of 1000+ QPS;
- test concurrent access in StarRocks and integrations with S3;
- test GitOps deployments;
- verify the correctness of Iceberg tables;
- test integrations: Iceberg REST Catalog — StarRocks, S3/Iceberg — Spark/Trino;
- maintain bug tracking;
- create reproducible bug reports with logs, metrics, and data tracing;
- participate in sprint and release cycle planning;
- conduct testing of test and pre-prod environments.
📌 Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a QA engineer;
- strong knowledge of Python;
- experience in test automation;
- understanding of quality assurance methodologies and principles of building system QA processes;
- experience in testing APIs and databases;
- experience in regression testing;
- experience in automating regression checks on environments;
- experience in generating reports in Allure;
- knowledge of SQL;
- knowledge of Kubernetes / k8s;
- knowledge of YAML;
- experience with Spark;
- knowledge of QA frameworks;
- experience with Allure and S3;
- ability to identify anomalies and understand complex technical scenarios.
📌 Will be a plus:
- knowledge of Apache Iceberg.
