Media buying team of a licensed online broker (product) operating in the market since 2020. We work with Tier-1 (UK, EU etc.), Eastern Europe, and the markets of Asia and LATAM.

We expect: ๐ข Experience as a Team Lead Media Buying FB in the Crypto / Finance / FinTech niches (within the last 2 years, fully or partially). ๐ข Strong experience managing a team of Facebook buyers โ from 4 people. ๐ข Experience with caps, volume planning, and balancing traffic quality/quantity. ๐ข Product experience (desirable).
What you will do: ๏ปฟ๏ปฟโช๏ธ Manage a team of buyers: task setting, KPI control, conducting regular syncs and 1:1s. โช๏ธ Control key metrics (spend, CPL, lead quality) and form plan/actual reporting. โช๏ธ Analyze results, generate hypotheses, and control their testing and scaling. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟโช๏ธ Interact with the technical department, design, and ัะฐัะผ-team to ensure stable operation. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟโช๏ธ Develop the direction: search for new channels, approaches, and growth opportunities.
