We are looking for you if you: • Have CEO/COO experience of 3–5 years. • Understand P&L, financial and legal business processes. • Use a data-driven approach to management. • Have experience managing teams in IT or EdTech. • Know how to develop B2B and B2C sales. • Possess leadership qualities and systemic thinking. • Knowledge of Kazakh/English, Power BI, SQL, Python will be an advantage.

Responsibilities • Achievement of revenue and profit targets. • Management of the company's operational activities and team. • Development of B2B and B2C sales. • Optimization of business processes, budgets, and expenses. • Development of the business model and organizational structure.
