📌 RedCore is hiring a Bonus Data Analyst!
We’re looking for a Bonus Data Analyst with a strong background in high-load digital products (iGaming, Betting, FinTech) to own the economics and ROI of our bonus systems.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in product, data, CRM, retention, or business analytics
- Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, gaming or other high-load products
- Deep understanding of bonus mechanics (deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards)
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large transactional datasets
- Solid grasp of bonus economics: bonus cost, ROI, payback, GGR/NGR, and incremental value
- Experience with cohort analysis, segmentation, funnel analysis, and behavioral analytics
- Ability to distinguish organic user behavior from bonus-driven impact
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, DWH, and dashboard building
- English — B1 or higher
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
Nice to have:
- Experience analyzing fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or suspicious activity
- Knowledge of A/B testing, uplift analysis, and experiment evaluation
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or Python for analytics
- Understanding of wagering requirements, bonus lifecycle, activation, and breakage
What you’ll do:
- Analyze bonus effectiveness across campaigns, products, customer segments, and channels
- Calculate and monitor key bonus metrics: bonus cost, ROI, payback, GGR/NGR, and margin impact
- Evaluate the real business impact of bonuses, separating organic behavior from incremental uplift
- Build performance, profitability, and campaign efficiency dashboards for cross-functional teams
- Identify bonus abuse, suspicious usage patterns, and over-incentivized user segments
- Validate bonus-related data across CRM, payment, financial, and BI sources
