Looking for a WordPress developer on an hourly basis: WP, WP-CLI, Elementor, development with AI

We are looking for a developer for a constant flow of tasks with hourly pay.

What kind of tasks — enhancements and fixes on live WordPress sites, many built with Elementor; — core, plugin, and theme updates, conflict resolution after updates; — site migrations, domain changes, deploying a site copy to staging; — layout edits, small custom functionality (plugins, hooks, shortcodes); — some sites do not have git, work is done via SSH/SFTP.

What's important to us — confident work with WP-CLI: DB export/import, search-replace, plugins, users, cron, not just through the admin panel; — understanding how Elementor stores data, and what can break during migration and URL replacement; — PHP, WordPress hooks, a good understanding of MySQL; — you write code primarily using AI (Claude Code) and know how to verify it: read diffs, automatically test your work (possess manual and automated testing skills), do not send to production what you don't understand; — edits are made on a copy first, before changes on production — backup or commit, and you know how to roll back; — delivery by facts: what was done, before/after screenshots, where to check.

Will be a plus — experience with Claude Code CLI or setting up AI agents for your processes; — working with Kaiten or similar trackers; — support experience with 5+ sites of different clients simultaneously.

Conditions — hourly pay, payment once a month; — volume: approximately 10 hours per week, tasks with pre-agreed estimates, exceeding the estimate only by agreement; — form of cooperation: self-employed / sole proprietor; — time is tracked in the tracker for each task.
