Developer (Java, Kotlin)

What you will do

• Develop and enhance a service for IT employees
• Create cross-platform modules on Compose Multiplatform (WebAssembly/JS)
• Implement network interaction: HTTP, Ktor
• Work with Kotlin Inject to build a modular architecture
• Handle connection errors, implement retry mechanisms
• Serialize/deserialize data (JSON)
• Implement business logic using the MVI (Model View Intent) pattern
• Design and implement REST API
• Analyze tasks, estimate their complexity, and find effective solutions (decomposition, architectural design)
• Write and maintain autotests, analyze and fix defects
• Implement performance monitoring, identify bottlenecks

Our requirements for candidates

• Commercial experience in Kotlin development for at least 2 years
• Commercial experience in Java development for at least 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Java
• Experience with Compose / Compose Multiplatform
• Experience developing or participating in integrations between services
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of multiplatform development principles (KMP)
• Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/TCP/IP/WebSocket protocols
• Understanding of web applications and REST API principles
• Understanding and application of the MVI architectural pattern
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and testing (JUnit, Espresso)
• Ability to analyze tasks and propose technical solutions
