About the company

We are building business-focused media across popular social platforms. We’re looking for a Business Assistant to conduct research, handle social media tasks, and manage freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in English: find relevant information, organize it clearly, and draw conclusions from it;
• Find, evaluate, and implement new tools and services;
• Work with social media platforms: publish content and analyze performance metrics;
• Source freelancers, including video editors, designers, lawyers, and other specialists;
• Assign tasks to our English-speaking team and oversee the quality of their work;
• Improve existing workflows and guidelines, and create new ones when needed.

Requirements

• You must be based outside Russia;
• At least 2 years of experience as a business assistant, business analyst, product or project manager;
• English proficiency at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with English-speaking freelancers and research and analyze information from English-language sources;
• Ability to independently figure out new tools and processes.
