📸 Crypto desk launching market-neutral strategies on proprietary capital

Responsibilities: • Two tracks: a ready-made strategy in live trading or experience in developing strategies independently; • Directions: market making, statistical and volatility arbitrage, funding and basis arbitrage; • The desk takes on trading risk, personal capital is not required; • After launching a live book with results, a partnership track with a share in the company is possible.

🕸 Requirements: • For the first track — own market-neutral strategy with a track record of at least 8 months; • For the second — from one year in quantitative trading or quant research and strategies brought to sale; • Python, data manipulation, and correct backtesting without look-ahead bias; • Understanding of market microstructure: order book, flow, volatility, markout, and adverse selection.
