Hello! We are looking for a Product Manager for an international fintech company. The team lead will be responsible for building an effective and scalable process for creating and launching landing pages, optimizing regional websites, as well as forming work processes, developing a strategic direction, and assembling a team.
🔸Ideal Candidate: – Has proven experience in developing high-load websites and landing pages in international markets and was responsible for their key metrics. – Deep understanding of SEO, UX/UI, CRO, and technical aspects of website operation and optimization. – Has practical experience with web analytics, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics. – Has experience managing cross-functional teams and knows how to prioritize when working with multiple stakeholders. Managed and assembled teams. – Has conversational English. – Experience in web-first industries (edtech/travel/classifieds etc.) will be an advantage.
🔸Responsibilities: – Be responsible for the development of the company's website and landing pages in global and local markets. – Ensure high speed, stability, and adaptability of websites and landing pages across different devices, browsers, internet connection speeds, and markets. – Be responsible for key technical indicators of the website and continuously improve them, including Core Web Vitals, error counts, and website availability (with the help of the technical team). – Develop the SEO direction and ensure sustainable growth of organic non-brand traffic through SEO, content, and continuous website optimization. – Systematically develop CRO, A/B testing, and other experiments on websites and landing pages. – Manage and develop a cross-functional team, including UX/UI designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, developers, and analysts.
