We are looking for a recruiter for an international performance team, who understands Digital and knows how to find strong specialists in Media Buying.

🔍 What you will do:

• Full recruitment cycle (Media Buyer, PPC, Traffic Manager, etc.) • Candidate search through Telegram, LinkedIn, and industry communities • Conducting initial interviews • Managing candidates until offer and start date • Working with a large volume of vacancies

🎯 What is important:

• Recruitment experience of 1.5+ years • Experience closing Digital / Performance vacancies • Understanding of basic metrics (CPA, ROI, etc.) • Ability to search for candidates not only on HH (HeadHunter) • Communication and objection handling skills • Interest in the Media Buying niche
