Requirements: • Data Engineer experience of 5+ years. • Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 methodology • Proficient knowledge of Python/Scala/Java for developing ETL/ELT processes and data processing services. • Excellent knowledge of SQL, experience in optimizing complex queries and working with large volumes of data. • Experience in designing and developing industrial Data Warehouse, Data Lake or Lakehouse solutions. • Practical experience with Apache Spark. • Experience with Apache Airflow, Apache Kafka • Experience with stream processing systems • Experience with distributed file systems and data storage formats: HDFS, Parquet, Avro; • Experience with Hadoop ecosystem/Apache Iceberg or modern data storage and processing platforms. • Experience with relational DBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Clickhouse, Greenplum). • Proficient Git skills and understanding of CI/CD processes. • Experience with task management and documentation systems (Jira, Confluence or similar). • Understanding of principles for building fault-tolerant and scalable solutions. • Experience using dbt for building data transformation layers. • Practice implementing Data Quality solutions (Great Expectations, Soda, etc.). • Experience with Data Catalog and Data Governance tools.

Project tasks: • Design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for data integration, processing, and storage within the corporate data platform. • Development and optimization of batch and streaming pipelines for data loading, transformation, and publication. • Development of ETL/ELT processes using modern data processing tools. • Design of data models for analytical and operational scenarios. • Optimization of data processing performance and SQL queries. • Ensuring data quality: implementation of validation, monitoring, and data completeness control mechanisms. • Participation in the design of the data platform architecture and selection of technological solutions. • Implementation and development of DataOps and CI/CD practices for data processing. • Preparation of technical documentation and architectural artifacts. • Conducting code reviews, technical mentoring, and participation in team development.
