We need a PHP developer to develop a medical information system. We are looking for someone who will implement the formation of structured electronic medical documents (SEMD) within the existing system.

🔹Responsibilities: — develop the physician-anesthesiologist workstation module and forms for the resuscitation period — implement the logic for forming CDA/XML SEMD — work with EGISZ/REM D integration, document signing, and sending — configure checks using Schematron — develop FR NSI dictionaries, mappings, and validations — implement and develop forms on ExtJS6: fluid balance, mechanical ventilation, gas mixtures, blood type — design database changes and document assembly algorithms

🔹We expect you to have: — experience with ExtJS6 — experience in development with PHP and CodeIgniter — experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL — experience with external system integrations

Great if you have: — experience with medical information systems — experience with SEMD, EGISZ, REM D, and FR NSI — understanding of XML and CDA
