We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for the Freedom design system

We need someone who has already worked with design systems and understands how they are structured. The project is large — the design system is used in various Freedom products, so you can influence not only the components but also the team's work processes.

What is important: — understanding the semantics of design tokens and component architecture; — enjoying the design of the design system's architecture and thinking about its scalability; — ability to write documentation, guidelines, and rules for designers and developers; — understanding the workflow with DS: Figma → Git → development → releases; — understanding how to synchronize components in design and code; — ability to work with AI agents and use them in your processes; — ability to propose your own solutions and improve current processes.
