Vacancy Description: Tasks:

Participation in a software development project for government agencies
Development of the server-side of the system in Java / Spring Boot
Creation and support of REST API for frontend, internal modules, and external integrations
Working with the PostgreSQL database: table design, queries, optimization
Implementation of logic for working with cases, documents, users, roles, and statuses
Integration with external information systems and services
Working with S3-compatible storage: uploading, storing, retrieving, and deleting files
Implementation of authorization mechanisms, access control, and user activity logging
Participation in setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes
Writing tests, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance
Participation in code reviews and architectural solution discussions

Qualification Requirements:

Backend development experience of 3+ years
Solid knowledge of Java, practical experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot
Understanding of REST API design principles
Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational DBMS
Knowledge of SQL, understanding of indexes, transactions, table relationships
Experience with ORM, preferably Hibernate / JPA
Understanding of microservice or modular architecture
Experience with Git
Understanding of CI/CD processes
Experience with Docker
Experience with S3-compatible object storage: uploading, storing, retrieving, and deleting files, working with metadata, bucket/prefix structure, presigned URLs
Understanding of basic information security principles: authentication, authorization, access control, logging
Ability to read and analyze technical documentation
Responsible approach to code quality and task deadlines
