Coordinator of Elite Real Estate Sales in Cyprus | Remote | English Language
40,000 ₽ salary + bonuses. Potential income of 80,000–150,000 ₽ and growth to sales manager.
Cyprus Constructions is looking for an energetic, self-reliant specialist to work with potential buyers of elite real estate in Cyprus.
We already have a flow of incoming inquiries – about 300 applications per month, automatic initial processing, and active sales managers.
We are looking for someone who will take control of working with buyers: from the first call to the info tour and sale.
This is not a job with a ready-made script.
We need someone who can communicate, sell, make decisions independently, and achieve results.
What you will do:
- Quickly call potential buyers in Russian and English.
- Identify needs, budget, purchase timeline, and preferences.
- Independently qualify clients that the automatic assistant could not handle.
- Forward promising buyers to available managers.
- Ensure that managers contact clients promptly.
- Monitor that property presentations, meetings, and info tours actually take place.
- Reactivate forgotten applications.
- Independently identify problems and propose solutions.
- Track client progress through to sale.
Who we are looking for:
- Fluent spoken English is a must.
- Sales and negotiation experience.
- Confidence in phone conversations.
- Ability to build rapport with the interlocutor.
- Responsibility, initiative, and independence.
- Ability to organize the work of other people.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Own computer, high-quality headset, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage, but is not required.
Conditions:
- Fully remote work from any suitable country.
- Full-time employment, five working days a week.
- Schedule is agreed upon, taking into account Cyprus working hours.
- Salary of 40,000 ₽.
- Bonus up to 20,000 ₽ for quality of work.
- Additional bonuses for completed info tours and sales.
- Potential income of 80,000–150,000 ₽ with corresponding results.
- The first month is a fully paid trial period.
