📊 Looking for a Data Analyst for my team at Kaspi.kz

We are developing the analytics for Kaspi Store and are currently looking for a data analyst to strengthen our team.

What you will do: • analyze sales, assortment, traffic, conversion, and other product/business metrics; • identify growth opportunities and formulate conclusions based on data; • conduct ad-hoc research and test business hypotheses; • build regular analytics and automate reporting; • work with large volumes of data; • interact with the business and help make data-driven decisions.

What we expect: • proficient SQL; • strong analytical and structural thinking; • the ability not just to pull data, but to understand the reasons for changes and draw conclusions; • experience as an analyst will be an advantage; • knowledge of Python and BI tools is a plus; • independence, responsibility, and initiative.

We are looking for someone who is interested in exploring data, asking the right questions, and influencing real business KPIs.
