Leman PRO (Leroy Merlin) is looking for a Project Manager who can unite, inspire, and coordinate various teams around a common goal: stores, operational, and product teams of the central office.
In this role, it’s important not just to "manage a project," but to create conditions where teams can reach agreements, take responsibility, move in sync, and through collaborative work, create measurable business value for customers, stores, and the company.
What you will be doing:
- Lead cross-functional projects involving stores, operational, and product teams of the central office from goal formulation to achieving measurable business results.
- Ensure agreements are in place between participants regarding goals, roles, areas of responsibility, deadlines, dependencies, success criteria, and expected impact.
- Ensure adherence to agreements through regular synchronization, documenting decisions, managing risks, highlighting deviations, and bringing the project back to the overall plan.
- Connect strategic priorities of the commercial strategy with the actual operational agenda, considering feedback from stores and operational teams.
- Maintain active communication on projects: engage participants, animate the work rhythm, highlight progress, results, risks, and necessary decisions.

Desirable Competencies:
- Experience in omnichannel retail and understanding of the interaction between stores, the Central Office, and various teams within the Central Office.
- Experience in implementing projects in a product organization with product teams, project management, operational functions, and commercial priorities.
- Professional certifications in project management: PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C/B.
