T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a Security Partner (BiSO).
The Information Security department at T-Bank employs specialists unique to the Russian market. Security is an integral part of the business, so the team creates products following the Security by Design principle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading new projects and implementation of business systems from the information security perspective.
- Analyzing application architecture and data flow schemes.
- Identifying and assessing business process risks.
- Developing proposals and requirements for risk minimization.
- Modeling and elaborating on scenarios for information security threat realization.
- Planning and controlling the implementation of protection measures for bank products and clients.
- Providing expert support to employees, project teams, and business lines on information security issues.
- Developing internal information security processes and services in the context of global best practices and current business needs.
- Adapting information security processes to a specific business line, considering the specifics of products and architecture.
- Prioritizing information security tasks within a business line.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Information Security.
- Mandatory knowledge of:
- Principles of operation and design of application architectures (monolithic/microservice).
- Threats to modern company infrastructure.
- Current attack vectors, tactics, techniques, and procedures used by attackers.
- Network security technologies.
- Authentication and authorization processes (user/inter-service).
- CI/CD and secure SDLC development processes.
- Data protection tools for processing, storage, and transmission.
- Various classes of information security tools.
- Principles of cloud infrastructure operation and virtualization technologies.
Will be a plus:
- Experience analyzing large-scale applications (over 3 million MAU) for information security risks and mitigation methods.
- Knowledge of business process design methodologies.
- Ability to justify your point of view and communicate ideas to employees of any level.
- Experience with early-stage projects.
- Planning experience, time management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a multi-year perspective.
- Experience implementing processes impacting a large audience.
