๐ Requirements:
- At least 2 years of development experience with ETL Informatica;
- 3+ years of experience (Middle) or 5+ years (Senior) in the insurance, banking, or telecom sectors;
- For Senior level: experience in mentoring and managing a workgroup;
- For Senior level: experience with implemented initiatives and introduced know-how with confirmed positive impact;
- Skills in participating in DWH projects as a developer, architect, or data engineer;
- Experience in optimizing database queries, including working with tables of 1 billion+ rows and databases of 30 TB+ in size;
- Ability to design a physical data model using modeling tools;
- Ability to estimate and plan tasks in conditions of uncertainty, in the absence of clearly defined requirements;
- Practical experience working under tight deadlines where deadline extensions are impossible;
- Skills in analyzing and refactoring code developed by other specialists;
- Understanding of data warehouse design and population principles, including working with models, integrations, data layers, and ensuring their quality.
- Knowledge of analytical SQL functions and optimization practices;
- Skills in adjusting query execution plans, including using hints and other optimization methods;
- Advanced proficiency in IDEs for SQL (e.g., PL SQL Developer, SQL Developer, and similar);
- Familiarity with AI tools that assist in development;
- Experience using Git clients (specifically, GitExtensions, TortoiseGit, and others);
- Practical experience working with task and project management systems (e.g., Jira or similar);
- Ability to develop in accordance with the CODE-style adopted in the team or project;
- Self-organization and effective resource allocation skills when working on multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously;
- Willingness to take responsibility for the team's final results.
- Ability to understand the business context of a task and assess the impact of developed solutions on the end-user;
- Openness to supporting colleagues and knowledge transfer.
