Project tasks under an outstaffing model — connecting a specialist to the client's team. The main task is the transition from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
☑️ Responsibilities -Transition from Oracle to PostgreSQL -Rewriting local developments
☑️ Our requirements for candidates -Knowledge of the CFT platform (architecture, postings, directories) -Understanding of banking products (loans, reporting) -Java 8+ (Core, multithreading, JDBC), Spring (Boot / Data) or Java EE -In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL, query optimization, Explain) -Ability to read PL/SQL (Oracle) and rewrite it for PostgreSQL -Experience in database migration (transferring schemas, data, triggers, indexes) -Work with Liquibase / Flyway, Git, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI) -Will be a plus: Docker, PostgreSQL profiling and tuning, Oracle → PostgreSQL auto-conversion tools, queues (Kafka / MQ)
