🌍 About the project Join an international financial services organization building a high-performance distributed platform. You’ll lead backend development, design scalable systems, and help deliver reliable solutions for complex enterprise operations.

🛠 Responsibilities • Design and evolve scalable distributed systems using Go • Define technical approaches and translate business goals into delivery plans • Identify risks, edge cases, and technical constraints early • Represent engineering in stakeholder discussions and explain technical decisions clearly • Lead code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and reliability • Improve CI/CD processes and engineering practices to support faster delivery

📌 Must-haves • 5+ years of experience with Go development • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role • Strong experience designing scalable and distributed backend systems • Deep knowledge of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync primitives) • Experience with system design focused on performance and maintainability • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) • Background in fintech / banking / complex integrations • Experience working with AI implementation and configuration within teams • Higher education in Computer Science or related field
