We are looking for several strong System Analysts for the Kapitalbank acquiring team (Uzum ecosystem) at once.
Uzum is the largest digital ecosystem in Uzbekistan, uniting a marketplace, delivery, fintech, and banking services used daily by millions of people across the country.
We are currently actively expanding the acquiring team and are looking for middle+/senior level system analysts to develop POS, QR, e-commerce acquiring, merchant services, and internal fintech platforms.
Work format — office only, Tashkent.
What the job involves:
- Designing and developing integrations between internal and external systems
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business and system requirements
- Writing technical specifications, API contracts, and technical documentation
- Assigning tasks to backend/frontend developers
- Supporting tasks throughout their entire lifecycle — from idea to production
- Participating in the design of processes, services, and product backlog
- Working with high-load fintech products and transactional systems
What is important:
- System Analyst experience of 2-3 years or more
- Experience with REST / SOAP / queues
- Understanding of microservice architecture
- Jira / Confluence
- SQL at a basic level
- UML / BPMN or other modeling tools
- Understanding of backend interaction and integration scenarios
- Ability to structure complex processes and requirements
Will be a big plus:
- Experience in banking / fintech / acquiring
- Understanding of distributed systems and inter-system integrations
- Swagger / Postman / Curl
- Ability to read code and speak the same language as developers
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ or other message brokers
