We are building a new FinTech/Web3 product from scratch for the international market — real-time trading, marketplace mechanics, liquidity routing, financial/Web3 integrations, and our own financial ledger.

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Architect / Tech Lead who will take charge of the project's technical direction and work alongside a small senior team of 2–3 developers.

🔥 What you will be doing:

• Forming the Architecture Vision & System Architecture
• Designing services, transaction/order lifecycle, and state machines
• Architecture of execution & liquidity routing
• Financial ledger: balances, reservations, positions, transactions
• Real-time processing & WebSockets
• Integrations with Financial / Liquidity / Web3 providers
• Blockchain / wallet infrastructure
• Concurrency, idempotency, fault tolerance & recovery
• Security, observability & production readiness
• Technical decomposition & code reviews
• Hands-on participation in the implementation of critical components

💻 Tech stack:

Node.js / TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java PostgreSQL • Redis • RabbitMQ / Kafka / NATS • REST / WebSocket • Docker • Cloud

🎯 We are looking for someone with:

• Strong production experience in backend & distributed systems architecture
• Deep understanding of transactional consistency, concurrency, idempotency, DB transactions & locking
• Experience with event-driven architecture, state machines, HA/fault tolerance, reconciliation, and observability
• Production experience in FinTech / Payments / Trading / Crypto / Web3 / Marketplaces will be a big plus

Web3/EVM experience is an advantage; deep Solidity knowledge is not required.

🤖 What else is important

We actively use AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code and similar) for implementation, testing, and code review.

Initially, you will work directly with the founders/product side, have a high degree of autonomy, and real influence on the product architecture.
