We are a team responsible for one of the most high-load and visited sections of the SberBank Online mobile application. Our goal is to create and maintain improvements in the "History" section, as well as ensure intuitive and fast access to client data through a multi-agent system. We teach clients to formulate requests in natural language so they can instantly get the necessary data without learning complex filters. This allows for analyzing fund transfers in a conversational mode and obtaining personalized analytics of expenses and income.
Responsibilities
Testing the SberBank Online mobile application (Android/iOS):
- Functional testing of new features and changes in the "History" section.
- Writing a test model for new functionality, collecting test runs.
- Conducting acceptance testing.
- Regression testing.
- UI/UX testing.
- Working with test environments, builds, and logs.
AI agent testing:
- Functional and E2E testing: checking the complete user request processing cycle (in different modalities) – from the agent invoking the necessary functions to receiving the final response and its pronunciation/matching with on-screen data.
- Negative and boundary value testing: checking the system's reaction to non-standard requests, errors (e.g., 500), and situations with missing or excess data.
- Integration testing: checking the interaction of agents with external services (EIO), including handling timeouts, retries, and errors when services are unavailable.
- Response validation: checking the structure, formatting, and completeness of information in the text response, as well as its compliance with UX guides and pronunciation (for voice mode).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile application testing.
- Deep understanding of Android and iOS platforms: you should know the specifics of UI/UX testing on both platforms, be able to work with logs, and understand the peculiarities of layout for different OS versions and screen resolutions.
- Experience in writing test cases.
- Experience in conducting regression testing.
- Experience working with APIs to verify the correct operation of backend services.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly formulate defect descriptions.
