🌍 Location: remote 🗣️ English: Upper-Intermediate+

🏢 The project is focused on developing and enhancing an operations and facilities management platform that helps organizations manage infrastructure, maintenance, workforce, inventory, and service processes

🔧** What you'll do:** • Develop features and implement bug fixes across modern .NET technologies • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and interns • Design and create next-generation telecom application software • Participate in all phases of the software development process • Work as part of a distributed international team • Lead by example on AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) • Coach and pair with teammates to accelerate AI-augmented development adoption

🎯** Must-haves:** ✅ 7+ years in .NET development, including 5+ years designing/architecting solutions ✅ Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) ✅ Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery ✅ Strong SQL Server and T-SQL: schema design, views, stored procedures, query optimization ✅ Experience with BI dashboards, reporting, ETL; SSRS is a plus ✅ Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and application lifecycle management ✅ Experience with REST, SOAP, WCF, SOA ✅ Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD ✅ Daily hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) ✅ Excellent communication skills, experience with distributed teams
