We're Hiring: Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our Project Management Unit.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Lead project implementation and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure effective delivery.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regional teams and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with project stakeholders.
