We are looking for a worker to perform quality control of the SMT line at the USR electronics factory in Jerusalem.
USR is an Israeli company that manufactures electronic boards and components. The factory is located in Jerusalem, on Hartom Street 14, in a modern industrial complex with clean and air-conditioned facilities.
The job involves inspecting the first board from each batch according to the company's internal protocol. This is a meticulous and responsible job that requires concentration and accuracy.
No prior experience in quality control is required, but experience in assembly or soldering is desirable. Experience specifically in quality control is considered an advantage. This position is suitable for those who can work calmly and meticulously adhere to technological requirements.
The schedule is shift-based, with one week of morning shifts and one week of evening shifts. Morning shifts run from 7:30 AM to 4:40 PM, and evening shifts run from 4:30 PM to midnight. Work on Shabbat is not performed; overtime may be required as needed.
Shuttle services are organized for employees from Jerusalem and surrounding areas, including Ma'ale Adumim, Gilo, Har Homa, Givat Sharet, Beit Shemesh, Mevaseret Zion, and Ramat Beit Shemesh.
Salary is determined based on the interview results. The company offers delicious subsidized meals, holiday gifts, and the opportunity to work in a calm environment. Listening to music or audiobooks through one earbud during work is permitted.
