We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to lead a team of engineers, ensure further development, and strengthen the culture of engineering excellence. You will be responsible for supporting the CI/CD technological platform, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and ease of use for hundreds of product teams.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• managing the team, assigning tasks, developing employees, and coordinating their work

• interacting with other departments, establishing communication between developers, business, and stakeholders

• planning goals, distributing tasks, and regularly discussing progress in 1:1 meetings

• continuously improving monitoring, support, and infrastructure automation processes

Requirements

We expect you to:

• have at least three years of experience managing a Dev/DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure team (team of at least 6-7 people)

• have experience working as an Infrastructure/DevOps or SRE engineer

• have a deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices

• be proficient in CI/CD methodologies and infrastructure process automation

• have successfully implemented projects for building, scaling, and supporting large and reliable IT systems

It will be a plus:

• experience with artificial intelligence, skill in creating AI agents, and their application in workflows

• knowledge of AI tools for data analysis, code generation, and task automation

• experience with our current tech stack (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Vault, ELK, FluentBit, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, GitLab, Gitea, Bitbucket)

• programming in Python, Go, Groovy, or Bash
