We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join our team, which develops trading strategies for traditional financial and cryptocurrency markets.
What you will be doing: • Researching and developing trading strategies; • Searching for new sources of alpha; • Analyzing large volumes of market data; • Developing and improving ML models; • Formulating and testing research hypotheses; • Working together with a team of quants and developers.
What we expect: • Strong mathematics (calculus, linear algebra, probability theory, mathematical statistics); • Solid knowledge of ML; • Ability to conduct research and test hypotheses independently; • Proficient in Python; • Good knowledge of C++
Will be a big plus: • Prizes or participation in strong math, computer science, or physics olympiads (IMO, IOI, IZhO, All-Russian Olympiad for School Students, etc.); • High level of algorithmic/olympiad programming (Codeforces Master/International Master/Grandmaster, ICPC Kaggle Expert/Master/Grandmaster); • Research experience in ML, statistics, or related fields; • Experience in HFT/MFT, TradFi, or crypto; • Understanding of financial market microstructure.
