What You’ll Do

• Creating and optimizing user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Building interactive, visually rich dashboards and data visualizations
• Integrating with graph databases (Neo4j, graphDB, etc.), constructing queries and implementing business logic
• Developing and optimizing APIs for working with graphs and data (RDF, SPARQL, etc.)
• Collaborating with DevOps teams for deployment and configuration on Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and other cloud platforms
• Participating in setting up and implementing CI/CD processes
• Building and optimizing complex queries for graph databases
• Working with RDF graphs, managing their structure and metadata
• Ensuring high-quality data visualization, integrating Cytoscape.js and other visualization tools

What You’ll Need

• Over 5 years of experience in full stack development
• Advanced level React + next.js
• Experience working with graph databases (graphDB, neo4j, etc.) knows how to construct data and graph queries based on business requirements
• Familiar and ready to work with RDF graphs
• Skilled at building rich data visualization dashboards
• Knowledge of Cytoscape.js is a big plus
• Prior experience with pharma/life sciences domain is a plus, but not mandatory
