💫Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years;
- Experience with DWH in the financial technology (Fintech) sector;
- Proficiency in Python programming and basic knowledge in Data Science;
- A subscription to Claude/Cursor, etc., will be an advantage.
- Confident SQL skills (preferably Oracle dialect);
- Understanding of the architecture and principles of building corporate data warehouses (DWH);
- Flexibility and readiness to work with deviations from usual rules and established development traditions. AI tools play a significant role in the project, and we expect the candidate to be engaged in using these tools.
☕️Tasks
- Organizing data collection and labeling processes for training and evaluating AI agents;
- Developing and maintaining labeling standards (rules), ensuring quality and consistency of labeling;
- Preparing and processing datasets: cleaning, normalization, deduplication, sample generation;
- Analyzing AI agent performance, diagnosing errors, and identifying their root causes at the data level;
- Preparing reports and dashboards on key quality and efficiency metrics;
- Participating in improving datasets and quality check scenarios in collaboration with the development and product teams.
