💫Requirements

• Experience of 3+ years;
• Experience with DWH in the financial technology (Fintech) sector;
• Proficiency in Python programming and basic knowledge in Data Science;
• A subscription to Claude/Cursor, etc., will be an advantage.
• Confident SQL skills (preferably Oracle dialect);
• Understanding of the architecture and principles of building corporate data warehouses (DWH);
• Flexibility and readiness to work with deviations from usual rules and established development traditions. AI tools play a significant role in the project, and we expect the candidate to be engaged in using these tools.

☕️Tasks

• Organizing data collection and labeling processes for training and evaluating AI agents;
• Developing and maintaining labeling standards (rules), ensuring quality and consistency of labeling;
• Preparing and processing datasets: cleaning, normalization, deduplication, sample generation;
• Analyzing AI agent performance, diagnosing errors, and identifying their root causes at the data level;
• Preparing reports and dashboards on key quality and efficiency metrics;
• Participating in improving datasets and quality check scenarios in collaboration with the development and product teams.
