I'm hiring...I really need some help🙏

I'm looking for a freelance Personal Brand Content Strategist who is 10/10 at social media and even better at writing.

You'll be working alongside me across a number of personal brands on LinkedIn, spanning completely different industries, personalities and audiences.

So this isn't just about being able to write a good LinkedIn post.

I need someone who understands personal branding, influence and community building; someone who can take a clear strategy, come up with ideas and turn them into content people want to read.

What I'm looking for:

🫶 An exceptional copywriter. This is the non-negotiable.

🫶 LinkedIn experience and a deep understanding of the platform

🫶 Someone who understands personal branding beyond simply posting content

🫶 The ability to capture completely different voices without making everyone sound the same

🫶 An understanding of how content builds credibility, influence and community over time

🫶 Comfortable working within clear personal brand guidelines while bringing your own ideas

🫶 Proactive, creative and preferably someone who's sound

Basic video editing skills would be useful, but they're not essential.

I've built my client base almost entirely through reputation and referrals, and I'm very Type A about the work I put out. Attention to detail, being on it and doing what I say I'm going to do matter a lot to me.

So I need someone who can match that energy (I'm not a total bitch dw)

I'll give you the strategy and direction, but I want you to have autonomy over the ideas and how we turn them into content.

It's fully remote with no client communication.

It'll start as freelance work, but there's plenty of scope for it to grow. I'd be very open to an ongoing retainer and potentially even a full-time role with the right person.
