Senior / Lead Java Developer (Payments Baltic VDE)

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and support key services and business initiatives in the Payments Baltic VDE domain.

📍 Location: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (Baltics ONLY)
🏢 Format: Hybrid (strictly 3 days a week in the office)
📅 Start Date: 02.11.2026 (urgent application!) ⏳ Duration: until 31.12.2027 (with a high probability of extension)

🎯 About the Role: Development, integration, and support of high-load and secure banking solutions, services, and workflows for regulatory and business projects as part of a focused task force team.

📋 Requirements: Experience: 7–10+ years of practical experience in Java development in an enterprise environment. Ability to solve complex abstract problems, lead processes, and mentor the team.
