Hi! We are looking for a Data Scientist for the data department at Farpost. The main team is in Vladivostok.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing the mathematical core for services related to search on Farpost.
- Helping to improve infrastructure and implement modern engineering practices for our services.
- Working on the refinement and support of existing ML solutions in various parts of the product.
- Implementing new technologies and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Mentoring junior specialists.
What we expect from you:
- Technical education.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and ML.
- Experience with text models.
- Knowledge of machine learning and neural network fundamentals.
- Understanding of approaches to processing text data and solving NLP tasks.
- Solid Python skills, experience working with text in Python.
- Knowledge of frameworks for working with data, ML frameworks.
- Good relationship with Linux, Git.
- Confident SQL.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding what Docker, Kubernetes are.
- Experience with Java (Mega-plus).
- Experience in related fields as a plus to relevant experience (developer, analyst).
- Experience with ClickHouse.
