🔥 Local Marketing Specialist (Arabic Market) 📍 Limassol, Cyprus | office 🕘 Full-time

An international company in the iGaming sector is looking for a specialist to help build systematic local marketing for the Arabic market.

This is a role for someone who can research the market, find strong local contractors, launch marketing activities, and turn data into understandable solutions.

What you will do: — research the local market, competitors, trends, and audience behavior; — search for new promotion channels and formats; — adapt the global marketing strategy for the Arabic market; — propose and coordinate local campaigns; — find marketing agencies and contractors, compare offers, and conduct negotiations; — set tasks and control the quality of execution; — coordinate local marketing activities and production; — control the quality of material localization; — analyze campaign results, costs, and effectiveness; — prepare reporting and recommendations for optimization.

Who we are looking for: ✅ 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management; ✅ experience working with agencies or contractors; ✅ strong market research and analysis skills; ✅ ability to structure information and formulate conclusions; ✅ fluent English; ✅ willingness to work from the office in Limassol.

Will be a big plus: ⭐ Arabic; ⭐ French; ⭐ experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or another regulated industry; ⭐ experience with offline activations; ⭐ understanding of digital marketing.
