Furuno is looking for a motivated Junior Marketer to join our EU marketing team!

🙌 Role Overview As a Junior Marketer, you will support our marketing and communication initiatives for FurunoCyprus and FurunoFinland, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This role requires high flexibility and adaptability to multicultural environments, as you will collaborate with teams in different regions.

Your responsibilities will include executing the marketing and communication action plan, content creation and adaptation, social media management, website content coordination, and support in event organization and coordination.

🤓 Key Responsibilities ⚓ Content Creation & Adaptation: Develop and adapt marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, blog posts) in English, ensuring alignment with Furuno’s brand voice and guidelines. ⚓ Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Furuno’s social media platforms, monitoring performance and community engagement. ⚓ Website Content Coordination: Assist in updating and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with Furuno’s brand messaging. ⚓ Event Support: Provide logistical and promotional support for events, including coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

👀 Requirements 🎯 Native English proficiency (written and spoken). 🎯 Strong design skills (e.g., graphic design, layout, branding). 🎯 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. 🎯 Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). 🎯 Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with occasional availability for meetings during European business hours. 🎯 High flexibility and adaptability to multicultural environments. 🎯 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
