DevOps Engineer in IT Team

🧑🏽‍💻 Vacancy:DevOps Engineer in IT Team

🏢 Company:Scalable Solutions

🌏 Location:IMPORTANT - NOT RF/RB**

💸 Compensation:up to $4000

We are a product-based fintech company: we develop B2B solutions for integrating blockchain technologies into banking systems worldwide. Our clients are large and medium-sized banks, funds, and international government projects.

We are currently expanding and looking for an engineer for our IT team: it is responsible for the reliability of the company's internal infrastructure: GitLab, collaboration tools (e.g., Slack), and internal services based on Kubernetes. Tasks include implementing automation, maintaining service operations, handling incidents, and migrating workloads to Kubernetes.

📎 What's important:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps / platform engineering;
• Kubernetes: deployment, scaling, diagnostics, cluster updates;
• Experience in operating internal services: incidents, changes;
• IaC in production: Ansible, Terraform, or similar — you write and operate, not just review;
• Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS) and system diagnostics (logs, metrics)

➕ Will be a big plus:

• Helm: creating and operating charts;
• Prometheus and Grafana: metrics, alerts, dashboards;
• Networking: DNS, TLS, ingress/LB — for debugging services and clusters;
• Python and Bash for automation;
• LDAP, SSO, and integrations with IdP for internal tools, in conjunction with security;
• High availability design (rollback, backup/restore).

🔥 We offer:

• Opportunity to work in a great office in Tbilisi or remotely worldwide (we hire from RF/RB only with relocation),
• We assist with relocation,
• We fully provide equipment,
• We compensate for sports activities,
• We offer the possibility to receive salary in foreign currency!
