Requirements: With experience in implementing AI tools. 5+ years of experience in AQA, including Senior or Lead role. Strong background in test strategy and automation. Experience managing a team of 10+ people. Practical experience in UI / API / integration testing. Understanding of CI/CD and the role of QA in the delivery pipeline. Automation JS/TS, Playwright. English B2. Clear thinking and strong communication skills.

Areas of Responsibility: Formation and development of QA strategy for several projects. Building and maintaining QA processes and standards (DoD, regression, release criteria). Development of test automation (UI / API / integration). Mentoring junior and middle QA/AQA. Participation in the project as a Senior AQA. Implementation and scaling of AI support in QA/AQA. Interaction with Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
