Director of Product (AI)

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health issues. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to address mental health issues, helping people achieve happiness and overall well-being.

We are seeking a Director of Product who will join our AI Autonomous Clinic Track to lead 5 product teams. The track is responsible for the clinical workflow, support processes, and aspires to build a clinic that is fully autonomous, with the only manual touchpoint being the patient’s appointment with their provider.

We have already launched multiple AI initiatives and experiences:

• AI Scribe that helps clinicians save time on writing progress notes (in beta)
• Chart Review AI that highlights deviations from clinical protocols
• Agentic AI Receptionist that owns internal processes (just a few for now)

The person in this role will collaborate closely with our Director of AI to lead the track.

We expect the person in this role to have significant hands-on experience working on highly engaging products, experience in driving user behaviour with product-led mechanisms, a strong analytical mindset, previous leadership experience, and a track record of successful product launches, including AI products.

The Director of Product reports to the SVP of Product & Engineering. The person in the role is expected to contribute on the strategic and operational levels, which means switching from working on the product strategy, collaborating with other departments’ heads, and hands-on working with PMs on their initiatives.
