We're hiring: AI Engineer & ML Engineer
Codaires is growing our engineering team. We're looking for an AI Engineer and an ML Engineer to help us architect and ship the agentic AI and automation systems we build for our clients production-grade, reliable, and built with the human-in-the-loop safeguards that matter when real decisions are on the line.
AI Engineer
- Architect and own agentic LLM systems end-to-end from workflow design and orchestration through the guardrails that make them safe and trustworthy in production
- Define how confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop handoff, and audit logging work across the systems you build, not just implement someone else's spec
- Turn ambiguous, real-world problems into robust, production-grade automation — this is applied engineering against live systems, not research or benchmark work
ML Engineer
- Own the full model lifecycle for the systems we deploy architecture, training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring
- Set the standards for how we evaluate models, prioritizing real-world reliability and precision on the exceptions that actually matter over headline benchmark numbers
- Take systems from working prototype to something that runs dependably in production, every day, under real operational load
What we're looking for
- A track record of owning production ML/AI systems end-to-end, not just research prototypes or academic benchmarks
- Judgment for handling messy, real-world data and ambiguous edge cases without hand-holding
- A bias toward dependable, well-instrumented systems over flashy but fragile ones and the seniority to make that tradeoff yourself
This is applied engineering with real ownership real clients, real deadlines, and production systems where your architecture decisions matter.
