Job Description
We are looking for a specialist who will become a key link in the development of the company's international production network. Responsibilities include searching for and developing new production sites and contractors in foreign regions (LATAM, Africa, Turkey, USA), building long-term partnerships, and ensuring stable product quality at all stages of production. The specialist will be responsible for expanding the base of production partners, developing local market capabilities, optimizing costs, and establishing effective production processes in collaboration with the internal team and local quality control agents.
Main Tasks
- Search, evaluation, and development of new production sites and contractors in international GEOs;
- Formation and development of a supplier, production partner, and material base;
- Negotiation with manufacturers and building long-term relationships;
- Product quality control in conjunction with local QC agents;
- Analysis of production processes and search for opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality;
- Coordination of international production projects from launch to implementation;
- Maintenance of production documentation and data updates in CRM.
What is important to us
- Experience in production, procurement, sourcing, or contractor development;
- Experience in searching for and negotiating with suppliers;
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and cost formation;
- English language proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international partners;
- Systematic approach, independence, and a high level of responsibility;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Experience with textile production, merchandise, or souvenir production will be an advantage;
- Experience in launching and supporting international production projects;
- Having your own base of trusted contractors will be a big plus.
Conditions
- Work schedule: 5/2;
- Flexible start of the workday;
- Hybrid work format with mandatory office visits in Moscow 2-3 times a week;
- Necessary presence at fittings and interaction with the team;
- Probationary period: 1 to 3 months.
